More than 800 tons of plastics reach our oceans every year. We aim to change that.

The Sandflower Difference

Recycled Content

Polyethylene pellets made from recycled plastic bottles are transformed into our beautifully sustainable polyester fabric. From this reimagined material, we create high-performance swimwear with a refreshingly low carbon footprint. The result is sophisticated, durable, and environmentally sensitive style you’ll love.

Green Technology

Conservation touches everything we do. Select boilers run on fabric waste, while improved heat recovery and retention systems result in a 15% reduction in emissions. Our low-voltage sewing machines need 30% less power, digital fabric printing captures 60% water and energy savings, and solar and wind measures lend renewable electricity. And that’s just the beginning.

Environmental Impact

In 2019 alone, our parent company InMocean repurposed 28 million plastic bottles into 100% recycled fabric for swimwear — a number that grows each year. At select manufacturing facilities, our electric-fired boilers produce zero greenhouse gas emissions at the point of origin. And our clean energy systems in the United States make our domestic operations carbon negative.
